The mission

You take care of everyone else.
We take care of the family behind you.

Frontline Family Coverage was founded by a retired police commander who watched too many good people discover their family's coverage gap at the worst possible moment. We exist to close it — with plain answers, from people who understand the job.

CHAPTER 02

The uniform belongs to one.
The family serves with them.

They hear the radio traffic. They plan around shift work, holidays worked, and calls that run long. They carry the job home even when nobody says a word about it.

Coverage should recognise that. Most benefits packages were written for the person wearing the badge — not for the household standing behind them.

CHAPTER 03

Your benefits may cover you.
What about your family?

Employer plans often cover the responder well and the dependents expensively. Adding a spouse and children can cost more than the rest of the household budget put together — and most people never get shown what else exists.

We look at what you have, explain how dependent coverage actually works, and lay the alternatives next to it. Sometimes the answer is to keep exactly what you've got. You'll know either way.

CHAPTER 04

They turn 26.
They still need coverage.

A birthday ends their eligibility on your plan. Nothing about their life changed — they're in school, starting out, between jobs, or working somewhere that doesn't offer benefits yet.

There is a window, and there are options inside it. Knowing them ahead of the date is far easier than scrambling afterwards.

CHAPTER 05

The last shift
isn't the last decision.

Retirement changes how your coverage works, what your department contributes, and what happens to everyone else on your plan. COBRA, retiree plans, marketplace options and Medicare timing all have their own rules and their own deadlines.

Some of those options will suit you and some won't. We walk through them in order, with the dates that matter marked out, so nothing lapses in the gap.

CHAPTER 06

Family doesn't stop
at your household.

A parent between jobs. A sibling who's self-employed. The people you'd help without being asked, who are never on a benefits form anywhere.

They can have their own review. Same advisor, same plain explanation, no obligation on anybody.

Who we serve

Every discipline.
Every shift.

Frontline works with first responders nationwide — active, retired, and the families beside them.

The first responders Frontline Family Coverage serves — law enforcement, fire service, EMS, 911 and communications, retired responders, families, and coroners.

How it works

No confusion.
No pressure.
Just options.

Three steps. You stay in control of every one of them, and nothing changes unless you say so.

01

Tell us what you need

Your discipline, who needs covering, and what's driving the question. Five minutes, in your own words.

02

We review your options

A licensed advisor looks at what you have now and what's actually available to your family where you live.

03

You decide what works

You get a straight explanation and the numbers side by side. Staying exactly where you are is a valid answer.

In their words
